Welcome to ZoneStrike (the “Website”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing, downloading, or using our software, expert advisors, tools, news analytics, indicators, or educational materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, ZoneStrike grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use our software and educational materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Actions: You explicitly agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of any ZoneStrike software or tools.
  • Resell, redistribute, lease, lend, rent, publicly broadcast, or sub-license any software, indicators, educational content, or news analytics provided by us.
  • Use any automated data gathering, scraping, or extraction tools on our Website.

3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Refund Policy

  • Pricing: Access to premium services, custom indicators, and automated EAs may require a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription fee. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time upon reasonable notice.
  • Billing and Cancellations: Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our downloadable software, source codes, and instant-access educational tools, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please utilize available resources, descriptions, and documentation prior to completing your purchase.

4. Third-Party Links, Brokers, and Services

Our website and tools may contain links to third-party websites, market data feeds, or external brokerage platforms. ZoneStrike does not own, control, endorse, or guarantee the services, software, or execution quality of any third-party broker or data provider. Your interactions with third-party services are entirely between you and that third party, governed by their respective terms and policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONESTRIKE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZONESTRIKE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZONESTRIKE, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF TRADING CAPITAL, PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

  1. YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR WEBSITE, TOOLS, OR EAS.
  2. ANY TECHNICAL FAILURES, DATA DELAYS, CONNECTION DROPS, OR SOFTWARE GLITCHES.
  3. ANY TRADING DECISIONS, LOSSES, OR ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE ON OUR CONTENT OR TOOLS.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
